The Diploma Programme in Pre-Primary (Kindergarten) Teacher Training has been designed for Daycare Centres, Pre-Schools and Kindergarten Teachers. The main goal of the Early Childhood programme is to foster and encourage a continuing self-growth in students by providing a problem-solving and participatory approach to learning. This programme offers the fundamental knowledge and skills for those wishing to work with young children. The programme examines the overall development of children along with the techniques and procedures used in setting the stage for and guiding the behaviour of children in a preschool, kindergarten and day care center. This programme meets both the academic and fieldwork requirements for a Diploma in Early Childhood education.
