Mankada Orphanage Teacher Training Institute Mankada was started during 8/2004 under ‘’Mankada Anadha Sala Sangham ‘’ and the course of ‘’Diploma in Education two years” for 50 students of annual in take is conducting. The curriculum is as per S.C.E.R.T norms and examination is conducting under the Kerala Government Educational Board, Trivandrum. The sanction for conducting the course was approved by N.C.T.E, Regional Director, Bangalore. and Govt. Of Kerala. The approval of the course was as per the order no:FKL/ELE/N/59/SRO/NCTE/2004-2005/6037 dt.12-08-04

The infrastructure is well designed with all the modern facilities like spacious classrooms, well-stocked library, transport facility, well equipped labs and wide Playground.
