Budha College of Architecture has been a long cherished dream of Directors of Lala Khushi Ram Gupta Charitable Society based at Karnal (Haryana). BCA-‘A dream to instill excellence in all young minds’. The institution is strongly backed by management board which has representatives from the institution’s management and faculty members, planning and monitoring board and finance committee, academic council and board of studies. The institution is now poised to attain many more milestones to achieve and several new ventures to undertake.Budha College of Architecture is guided by a team of eminent architects and teachers across the country. The society has already embarked its presence in the region under the banners of Budha College of Education & Budha College of Management since 2007.
Library: Library is well stocked with appreciable volumes of architecture books, journals and periodicals thus serving as a dynamic information capital that facilitates the building of intellectual capital of the institution.
Design Studios: The indoor environment is so made that motivates to explores creative and innovative design ideas. They are highly furnished and provides comfortable working environment.
Model Workshop: Here the students are taught about how the models are used at varying levels in design process/ stages to express their ideas into three-dimensional forms. The ideas are further expressed as some exercises with are been done in groups. The best and suitable material for the medium and scale of the model, right techniques are explored and taught here.
Lecture Halls: The halls are not only equipped with high quality sound system to enable perfect audibility suitable for lectures but also with all necessary teaching aids to have good and effective presentation by the facultie and students.
Audio Visual Hall: AV Hall is acoustically treated and well designed, suitable for presentation. It is equipped with projection screens for varying medium of presentation, audio system for slide shows, video presentations and much more.
Hostel Facility
Hostel Facilities Available: At BGI, hostel facilities are available for male and female students separately. Each of these hostels offers a unique experience in community living. The hostels are well-equipped with 24 hours electricity, water supply, necessary furniture, telephone, water coolers, refrigerators, recreational facilities like TV and indoor games such as table tennis, gymnasium, chess, snooker, carrom board, etc. Wi-Fi Internet connectivity in hostel rooms is also available.
Scholarship Facility
Provides Scholarships: Many scholarship awards offered to students are funded by the generous gifts of University benefactors. Depending on credentials in Academics, Sports and Cultural participation, the scheme grants full to partial waiver on tuition fees.
