Applied College of Management and Engineering (ACME)

Applied College of Management and Engineering is a self financed institute managed and run by PRS Education & Research Foundation. It is founded in 2007 by engineers including IIT Alumni & industrialists having over 20 Yrs of experience in Professional Higher Education and industry. The founders are running successful Institutions & Industries since 1990. The college has demonstrated perennial evidence of merit and quality by achieving a respectable position among all parallel private colleges of Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak, Haryana. The college offers comprehensive facilities for achieving the highest standards of academic excellence for students and faculty

ACME has an excellent library for the benefit of students,faculties and researchers. Library consists of More than 25000 Books and More then 20 Journals As one of the best established libraries according to Standards . The Library has a large collection of books covering various branches of Engineering and Technology, Management, Applied Science and Humanities. Equipped with big reading hall. All operations and services of the library has been automated with Bar-Code technology.
 
 Hostel Facility
College provides separate hostel facilities with A/C & non-A/C rooms for Boys and Girls. Girls Hostel is situated at Faridabad and Boys Hostel is near college campus. Hostels are equipped with necessary facilities to make the stay of students comfortable. All rooms in hostel are well ventilated, aerated and furnished with study tables, chairs, fans, fluorescent lights. 
 
 Scholarship Facility
ACME has introduced a scholarship scheme for academically strong and financially weak students to do engineering at affordable Fees. Good students joining through this scheme will be developed through the rigorous schedule of lectures, practicals, projects, personality development classes, industrial visits, participation in conferences and seminars, summer jobs etc. These students will be fully geared up for employment in MNC's, reputed public sector and private sector companies, educational institutions or can go for further studies. 

The college has a separate Training and Placement Cell, under Training and Placement Officer. The cell also comprises of a group of students of final year. The cell also acts as a coordinator for the Industrial Training and Placement of pre-final and final year students. This cell arranges Industrial Training programme of about 4/6 weeks for the Second year and pre-final year students immediately after the completion of their even semester examination. The Training and Placement Cell also guides and helps the final year students in securing jobs commensurate with their knowledge and achievements, by organizing campus interviews and exploring various avenues for their placement. The cell extends all possible help and provides all available infrastructure facilities to the organisations and their respective officials conducting campus interviews in the college campus.
