1 .	B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering
	Eligibility The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized Board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with anyone of the four subjects: (i) Chemistry (ii) Computer Sc/ Information Sc (iii) Bio- Technology (iv) Biology. Admissions to 4-year B.Tech. courses are made on the basis of merit of AIEEE.Students must obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category i.e. Sc category)in the mentioned subjects i.e. PCM B.Tech. (Three-year programme) through Lateral Engineering Entry Test: The candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering/ Technology course with minimum duration of three years from Haryana Board of Technical Education or its equivalent with at least 60% marks in aggregate of all semesters in any branch mentioned in the Admission Brochure issued by HSCS. The candidates who have passed B.Sc with Mathematics securing 50 % marks are also eligible.
	Duration 4 years
	Admission Procedure Candidates desirous of seeking admission in B.Tech programmes of 4 years duration through normal entry may note that admission in these programmes shall be primarily made on the basis of merit in JEE. In respect of any seats remaining vacant, the admission shall be made on the basis of merit in qualifying examination i.e. 10+2/ Senior Secondary examination or equivalent.
