MAMBS has initialised processes for a placement and training cell headed by an experienced faculty member. In-plant training for pre-final year students and industrial visits and tours for all students are regular features. Seminars and guest lectures on specialized areas like communication skills, presentation techniques-oral and written, resume writing, personality development, participation in group discussions, effective methods of facing interviews, etc are arranged periodically. The students coming from rural atmosphere have benefited greatly by the training in these skills.
