Bhutta College of Engineering & Technology "A premier Engineering & Technology Institute in Punjab" was established in the year 2003 with great care and foresight by Keharnam Memorial Educational Society (Regd.) whose primary objective is to spread quality education among Students.It is located at village Bhutta in the neighborhood of Ludhiana, an industrial hub of North India and a metropolitan city of Punjab. Its location, 15 KM from Ludhiana, on Alamgir-Rara Sahib Road provides an easy access from various parts of the state.It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education and Government of Punjab and is affiliated with Punjab Technical University.
Library: A voluminous library that supports the learning process with textbook, reference books, general books, periodicals etc. is an asset to the students. A number of valuable and quality journals and periodicals are being subscribed to.The library has 3150 titles and total no. of 16,517 Books, 72 journals and 42 international journals with Reading room of at least 250 student sitting capacity.In addition to the course books general books for personality development, general knowledge, handbooks, yearbooks, reference book. are also added to the collection.The library is tastefully furnished and it can seat more than 150 students at a time in its spacious reading halls. Apart from books it has a huge collection of Audio video material like CD’s & DVD’s.

Laboratories: The institute has set up laboratories to enable students to derive practical knowledge. The sprit of enquiry is encouraged in these labs by knowledgeable mentors. Computing labs have the advanced computer systems contemporary operating systems and licensed softwares.Latest softwares are available to enable the students to work on data analysis, web technologies and software designing.
Transport Facility: College has its own buses to provide transport facility to students and staff in all nearby areas.The college has a sense of security especially for girl students by providing pick and drop facility from all corners of Ludhiana and nearby towns / villages to the college campus.Bus Drivers ensure that our students and staff are able to reach the college on time with utmost ease.

The cell plays an important role in student’s future: an indispensable pillar of the Institute.
