Vision of WISDOM is to prepare women for enlightened leadership roles in all walks of life. Institute's mission is to contribute towards development of women leadership that would play active role in society building, entrepreneurship and management of organizations and institutions in consonance with nation's spiritual and cultural heritage.WISDOM offers BBA, and MBA programmes of Management Education. At the under graduate level a student can also offer BA with management as one of the optionals.The Management Programme is designed keeping in view the need for holistic development of students for taking up challenging managerial positions.
Computer Facility: In addition to facilities at AIM & ACT, WISDOM has two independent computer laboratory in its own building named “Mahindra Pragya Mandir”. With access to internet facility, this lab acts as a “Cyber-School” for the students. Further MBA students have round the clock access Internet in hostel.
Library: The central library of Banasthali has a large and excellent collection of books belonging to various disciplines. In addition, there is a separate library at WISDOM, containing more than ten thousand books on management and related disciplines. More than 50 journals of national & international repute are also subscribed. In addition Student have electronic access to many journals via INFLIBNET.

There is a Training & Placement Cell at WISDOM. Its endeavor is to arrange ‘Campus Recruitment Interviews’ and to provide possible help in arranging Summer Training. It also keeps in touch with the Alumni.
