SITE is an Institution dedicated to the cause of young generation, promoted by the Society SWARG (Society for Women Awareness and Rural Economy Generation) registered under M.P. Society Registration Act 1973. The Society is backed by a group of intellectuals from different fields ranging from Corporate Sector, Business Professionals, Educationist, Social Thinker, Medical Profession.The institute has been established with the main objective of providing high quality education to the students in a keen intellectual environment.The institute has been planned for development, with all modern facilities of Building, Laboratories, Audio Visual Teaching Aids and related infrastructure like Library, Computer Lab, Sports Facilities. Well qualified and highly experienced faculty is an added asset.Apart from achieving academic excellence, the institute aims at building sound personality of students through unique teaching methodologies.
Well-Equipped labs and Classrooms: The student can perform their practicals in the science and computer labs equipped with all modern facilities. The class rooms of the institute are spacious and comfortable and equipped with modern teaching aids such as audio-visual projectors, slide projectors etc. so that student are able tounderstand their course very easily. All the computers of the.Institute are equipped with latest configuration and language to ensure that the students get latest computer knowledge. Science labs have been established with the state-of-art and advanced equipments. These are further in the process of development as per requirement and needs. The following labs necessary for various courses conducted in the college are functionally available: Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, Botany Lab, Microbiology Lab, Zoology Lab, Biotechnology Lab, Computer Lab. E-T Lab Psychology Lab.
Library: Institute has a rich library with an elaborate collection of books (both text and reference) on education, commerce, science, arts, computers, electronics and management science. Besides this, the library subscribes to a variety of magazines, periodicals, news papers, journals, and encyclopedia & research papers. The library has a large reading space and can accommodate 50 students at a time.
Sports Facilities: “True education is one that educates the body, mind and spirit.” In order to develop a balanced personality, the department of physical education conducts intramural sports activities for students. The institute team is selected for inter-college tournaments. The games which are conducted are volley ball, badminton, cricket, football, hand ball, hockey, chess and athletics etc. We encourage and promote participation of every student. Area over 2 acres has been allotted for sports activities.
Transportation: Transportation is made easy with safe and reliable bus facility from all parts of Singrauli district and adjoining areas. The bus facility is optional for the students and they can avail this facility by paying bus fees to the institute. A spacious, well organized canteen is provided in the college premises which provides tea & coffee, snacks etc.
