In the year 2002, BIT started its business school named as School of Management which runs MBA programme approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Mahamaya Technical University, Noida (Formerly U.P. Technical University, Lucknow). The School of Management provides contextual learning and helps in the development of students as thinking professionals, who have the ability to meet the future challenges. The programme focuses on developing multiple skills including managerial decision-making, problem-solving, analytical reasoning, communication skills, creativity and innovative thinking. School of Management takes pride in its professional and high-quality faculty, modern infrastructure, technology and resources fields of General Management, Human Resource, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology and International Business.
BIT, School of Management is conveniently located in the NCR approximately 70 Kms from Delhi on Delhi-Dehradun National Highway (NH-58). The learning environment contributes in creating a conducive frame of mind, so that a student can get maximum benefit out of the rich course content and the stimulating pedagogy of the Institute. The theme governing the School of Management design has been structured built around two key ideas: World Class and State-of-the-Art. The campus has spacious acoustically designed lecture theatres with LCD projectors and public address systems facilitate course delivery with the use of audio-visual inputs from slide presentations, video clips and audio lessons. Smaller groups can meet in equally comfortable smaller tutorial rooms. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled to permit wireless internet access from any point. Major events and seminars are held in the School of Management Seminar hall with a seating capacity of 220 and facilities comparable to any modern multiplex. An open Amphitheatre, which can seat up to 500 is another addition for corporate presentations and cultural events. Separate common rooms let the boys and girls unwind between classes.
