1 .	Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Social Work
	Eligibility A candidate is eligible for registration / admission to Ph.D. course in a subject, if he / she i) holds a Mater’s degree in the concerned subject or in an allied subject (approved by Osmania University) with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. In case of students belonging to SC and ST category, the aggregate shall be 50% marks AND ii) holds M.Phil Degree in the concerned subject or in an allied subject (approved by Osmania University) OR iii) is qualified in the UGCCSIR/ NET GATE examination or SLET examination of Government of Andhra Pradesh, or awarded a Research Fellowship by UGC/ CSIR / Government Organisation. OR iv) has published, as the first author, at least two research papers in the broad area of research in standard journals recognized by the University
