Sri Rama Degree College was started in the year 2008-2009, affiliated to Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, A.P. The college is established at Naviri Village, Garugubilli Mandal - Forshore area of Thota Palli Project with a noble thought to help the students belonging to the submerged areas of ThotaPalli project. Now Naviri is made part of Parvathipuram Mandal as per Government Records.
