Himgiri Zee University - School of Education, Social Work and Humanities

Himgiri Zee University (HZU) has been established by the Government of Uttarakhand by a legislative Act No. 17 of 2003.
School of Education, Social Work and Humanities has the departments namely Department of Education and Department of Social Work and Humanities and offers Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D programs in their respective branches

It has a large infrastructure, which includes academic blocks, administrative blocks, lecture theatre complex, laboratories, central library, workshop, faculty quarters, In-house Community Radio Station “HIMGIRI KI AWAZ107.8 FM”, own video production studio, sports and recreation facilities. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled with high speed internet connection of 1 GBPS.
