Geeta Institute of Law Institute was established by Sh. S.P. Bansal under the aegis of K.R. Education Society to achieve world-class legal education in the country. His vision for the Law Institute is to provide excellence in legal education and to produce quality law Graduates with good moral principles and great human values. The Institute was granted affiliation by the Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra in 2007 and the affiliation has been approved by the Bar Council of India. The methods of teaching in the GIL include lecture discussions, case law analysis, moot court training, project assignment and placement programs. The Institute organizes seminars on contemporary legal issues, conducts clinical courses and trains students in legal research and legal writing. By the time a student completes the Program he/she will be fully equipped with the required theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of law to become a full-fledged responsible member of the legal profession.
