G H Raisoni University was established on 13th June, 2016 under The Madhya Pradesh Niji Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapana evam Sanchalan) Adhiniyam Act No. 17 of 2007’. It is situated at Saikheda, which is at the border of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. The University is at a distance of Approx 60Kms from Nagpur as well as Chhindwara. Raisoni University has a vibrant community of academicians and learners that helps the students to choose and succeed in the field of their choice. Although, as a university our journey has just started but history, explains our strong foundation in the education sector. Raisoni Group of Institutions (RGI) has a glorious history of near about 2 decades of existence in education sector that was started in 1998 by acquiring a single engineering college in Nagpur, which has grown into one of the leading educational groups in Central India with its presence in 6 major cities.

The aim of the Library is to provide the most effective lending, references, proactive, current awareness and information provision services according to present and future needs of the users. Also, our Library provides to maintain and develop access to Digital collections.The library supports the academic programmes of our college through collections and services, which enable the students and the faculty to access, update their knowledge and information resources. This support empowers our customers to develop the information and technological competencies necessary to achieve their educational, research and professional goals.
Sports Facility: Inevitably Sports and Games make an indispensable part of the curriculum of our University. It is the carrier of a healthy mind, a healthy body and a free soul. Sports aid in the development of social skills and reduce stress. It also makes sure that cooperation and coordination becomes the part and parcel of the lives of the student.
Hostel Facility
Hostel Facilities Available: The campus hostels are surrounded by lush green lawns and playing fields. The hostels have complete power backup. Facilities for indoor games like TT, carom, chess etc. are also available. A warden / hostel in-charge looks after the administration of the hostel. Students enjoy a homely and comfortable stay with a sense of camaraderie and fraternity. Hygienic, quality food prepared by professionally-qualified cooks is provided to the students in the hostel canteen. Meals provided in the hostel mess are wholesome and nourishing. The mess caters to the tastes of the students with varied culinary preferences from different regions. The mess menu is planned and managed by the students in consultation with the caterer and the management.
