Marthandam College of Engineering and Technology (MACET) is organized with the primary objective of providing quality technical education to the bright children from rural areas. MACET has state-of-the-art facilities and highly motivated team of faculty members.
Library: The college has a well-stacked automated central library with 20000 volumes of technical books, books in science and humanities, national and international journals, CDs and leading newspapers, magazines and e-library. Every student is a member of the library and can have free and open access to and can borrow all books, journals and newspapers. CDs can also be borrowed for home viewing.
Internet: Our College has dedicated Internet Leased line of 2 Mbps, connected with Internet Lab. Students and faculties are free to access Internet. This helps the students to prepare papers on the latest technologies to be presented in various symposiums and seminars.
Canteen :A large Canteen with a capacity of 100 members to dine at the same time enables all students and staff to have lunch and breakfast. A large modern kitchen with steam cooking is attached to the mess hall. A modern bakery and ice-cream are attached to the mess. There is a separate floor one each for Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian in the Canteen to dine.
Transportation: Daily trips of college buses are available from specific boarding points covering all the nearby places in Kanyakumari district and Kerala.
Campus Clinic: Our College is concerned about each student's overall well-being while enrolled at MACET. As such, one of the services we provide is an on-campus health clinic that meets the normal, day-to-day health needs of our students.
Hostel Facility
MACET offers separate magnificent hostels for boys and girls with hostel warden in each hostel to supervise day to day management.
