The Gossaigaon College is the only degree College imparting higher education to all the students of entire Gossaigaon civil sub-divission since its establishment in 1971. The primary aim of the College is to provide higher education to the deprived and economically poor section of the society and to empower them to get gainful employment in various sectors and develop as useful citizens.
Library : The Gossaigaon College Library was started in the year 1971 with the establishment of the College.The Library has a good collection of Books, Journals, Magazines & News papers in English, Assamese, Bodo & Hindi. It has more than 18,000 copies of texts and other reference Books.
The College has a Canteen facility to cater to the needs of students, faculties, office staff and others alike.
The college has a well equipped laboratory facilities as per the needs of the various subjects.
Hostel Facility
Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls. Both the hostels are situated within the College campus.
