Narayanrao Kale Smruti Model College, Karanja was established in 1989 with the mission “Education To All”. It is grant-in-aid college affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur and is recognized by UGC 2(f) and 12(b). College was initiated with two faculty viz. Arts and Commerce. Visualizing the future and the need of science education in rural area, a Science faculty was started in 2006 by the society. The college has about 5.5 acres of land for its campus and infrastructure. It is a matter of pride to mention that dedicated and committed faculty and students of this college physically shaped the infrastructure.
