National Institute for empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities (NIEPMD) established in the year 2005.

NIEPMD Library was established in the year 2005 with the objective of improve the knowledge of the users by effectively utilizing the timely updated resources and to facilitate user satisfaction through high quality service. All students, faculty members and employees of the institute are entitled to make use of the Library facilities on taking Library membership. The Library subscribes National and International Journals. The Library has a rich collection of books on Various disciplines of Disability wise Special Education, Deafblind, Hearing Impairment, Visual Impairment, Rehabilitation Psychology, Vocational Training & Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & communication, Mental Retardation, Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Education.
