India Rural Evangelical Fellowship, Repalle is an independent indigenous, Christian Minority Organization in Andhra Pradesh. It has upon itself the task of sheltering, nurturing and caring the children of the poor and the needy, through its various activities like running children’s homes and educational/ vocational institutions. And IREF is engaged in rebuilding the lives of the marginalized and vulnerable sections of the society through charitable work and humanitarian aid such as Health Care, Emergency Relief and Long Term Relief and Rehabilitation for the people affected in natural calamities, such as fire, floods and cyclones. IREF has been moving forward with all humility, in obedience to the scriptural command to serve the poor and the down trodden. Inculcating a deep sense of responsibility in the youth towards life through teaching moral values based on scriptural knowledge and evolve them as good citizens of the country, useful to themselves, their families and the nation at large, is one of the major objectives of IREF. IREF’s concern and commitment to the poor has transformed it into a multifaceted organization. IREF is presently running 14 Educational and Vocational Institutes with attached orphanages wherever necessary.Repalle Christian College is one among those institutes, established and run by IREF. There are more than 5000 children/students studying in these institutes. Food and accommodation,schooling, textbooks, notebooks, uniforms and health care are provided free to the children in the orphanages. The Repalle Christian College was established in the year 1993 and the P.G. College in 2003 under the aegis of India Rural Evangelical Fellowship, Repalle. The college is ideally located in the heart of Repalle town, in the prime residential sector of Isukapalli area. Since inception, the college has been fulfilling its objective of providing high academic standards and providing career-based education in the most cost-effective manner to the students who belong to rural areas and also to the socially disadvantaged communities.
library : Repalle Christian College libraries have a wide range of books in different fields. Apart from books, they also provide a wide range of magazines, journals and newspapers, which provide up-to-date information. They have a collection of old Study Projects of the students that are in many ways beneficial for the students who go in for a project.
Computer Centre: All these systems have an access to Internet facility, which is available to the students at subsidized rates. Students are allowed to surf through the net to gather information from the World Wide Web and also allowed to download the material. Besides offering services like Internet the centre also offers DTP, Scanning, Photostat, CD display etc. to all Students and Staff. All departments are encouraged to use the services of computers. The computer centre helps the departments in preparing the power-point presentations.
Auditorium : The College has an Auditorium with international standards also has a good seating capacity. It is well equipped with good sound system and is used widely for guest lectures, seminars, projecting movies and also various other prominent occasions. It is the largest auditorium in whole of Tenali and Repalle with all the facilities.
Drinking water: The college provides the students with purified drinking water. The college has an own mineral water plant from which the water is supplied. Water is provided through the water coolers.
Prayer room: The College has a vast prayer room with chairs for conducting devotions, bible classes and also for assembling the students. The devotions would be conducted daily from 9-45 amto 10-15 am. Every student is expected to attend the morning devotion without fail.
Well equipped labs
