Nagar Parishad Shivaji Mahavidyalaya was established in 1996 and started its working in 1997 and affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. It provides education to the students for three year B.A. Degree Course in Marathi, English, Economics, Political Science, History, Sociology, English Literature & Marathi Literature. The college started semester pattern as per direction of RTM Nagpur University from the session 2016-17.
