Mata Sahib Kaur college of Nursing was started in 1998 and eight batches of General Nursing and Midwifery have passed out with almost 100% success. There is excellent result of 8th batch of G.N.M. class examination held in Sept, 2008, Out of 47 students 16 got distinction and remaining got first division last year.The college of Nursing believes that the Degree/Diploma/Certificate Course in nursing will prepare nurses for first level position in Nursing in both Hospital and Community. Practice of Nursing requires a good understanding of basic scientific principles and it is influenced by advances in Sciences and Technology. Students are helped to develop a sense of pride in their profession to have a desire to continue to learn and to teach throughout their life. The faculty of the Institute of Nursing accepts the responsibility of helping the students to be competent practitioners.
Hostel Facility
Hostel Facilities Available: The Hostel accommodation has been provided within the Premises of the Institute. The students are provided spacious well ventilated rooms attached Bath Rooms & Lavatories with required furniture and Individual Cupboard. Cleanliness of Hostel and lavatories are given prime importance.
