Kamla Nehru Group of Institutions was founded by Late Sri Kedar Nath Singh through Kamla Nehru Memorial Trust in 1973.
Transport facilities : A fleet of college buses is available, to provide easy access for students. Parents of students wishing to visit their wards in the college are offered free seats. Frequent transport facilities provided by college for the students and staffs from college to city.
Computer lab: The computer lab offers following computer services to users. Teaching a fundamental of computer to students. Internet browsing and online journals access facilities for preparing presentation materials such as slides, and transparencies. Assisting the students and faculty members for editing projects/thesis, data analysis, setting the file to the required quality of print and printing CD writing, DTP with laser printing, color laser printing, NLQ & DOT matrix printing.
Library
KNIMT-FOP has an excellent library, perhaps the best among all Pharmacy college libraries in India. The library has all the facilities for the students to learn. The state of the art library rail stretching over 1 000 square feet It has the capacity to accommodate 60 students at a time. Besides comfortable seating and reading environment, facilities such as photocopying, fax, word processing have been provided. The library has over 2500 books and 12 journals (includes both national and international).
Hostel Facility
Separate hostels for boys and girls with modem amenities help the students to concentrate on their studies.
Students achieved placement in various well organized concern.As an integral part of their studies, students undertake various work placements throughout the four years of the B.Pharm degree, including community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy departments and in the pharmaceutical industry. Students will also learn about their essential role in an integrated healthcare team.
