Bandari Srinivas Institute of Technology (BSIT) was established during 2003-2004.
Affiliation: BSIT is affiliated to J.N.T.U, Hyderabad and is approved by A. I. C.T. E, New Delhi and recognized by the Govt of Andhra Pradesh. The Principal and the Advisory Council Members are the engineers and Academicians associated with the J.NT University right from the starting year (1972) of the University. They form the best team to guide the destiny of BSIT to stand up as one of the best Institutes.
The Central library has been built upto the Standards and is spacious with an area of 424 sq.m. Specialized collections of Books, Journals & other academic materials are available in Basic Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Humanities and Social Sciences.The Collection replete with 22,170 Volumes of Books. BSIT Subscribes to several National and International Journals such as IEEE. BSIT has a Video Library facility and also provides (NPTEL) IIT Video Lessons teaching through IITs video courses & SONET Video Lectures in the different fields of education.
BSIT placement cell was operating since 2005 with a prime objective of creating career opportunities for promising BSIT students in reputed corporate towards meeting aspirations of all the stakeholders. To accomplish this career objective placement cell has identified corporates in various sectors and initiated the process of building a mutually rewarding relationship with them.
At present it has an exclusive, which is well furnished with all the state of art facilities like conference hall, LCD projector, PA system and an office which is equipped with desktop, laser printer, handy cam, digital camera, invertors, air conditioners, exclusive room for group discussion, exclusive interview rooms and a self sufficient pantry.
