In 1961.... this educational tradition begins from BTC - Bharath Tutorial College. Our founder Mr.I.John Stephen M.A.(triple) tremendously dedicated his life to create awareness about the importance of education among down trodden people and rural area students, by developing their basic English knowledge. On those days all the dropouts in school level are because of fear about the language English and English Grammer. Our founder taught basic grammer through our mother tongue. By this dedicated approach we grab good reputation in-and-around Virudhunagar and Tirunelveli districts.
Now in the academic year 2011-2012 we are establishing a new institution again to promote the village students in technical way by name "Angel Polytechnic College". 'No Dropouts' - after 10th and +2 level - once again we are dedicated to this slogan.
The College has it's own well landscaped campus and attractive building for the use of students and teachers. There are Classrooms, Lecture Hall, Activity Room, Library with adequate number of books for use of students and teachers, Learning Resource Centre and rooms for Principal, Faculty, Office and Store. A full-fledged computer laboratory with all other accessories has also been setup.
