Established in 1985, Rajaji polytechnic is ingrained in the tradition of quality education. Offering seven diploma courses with state-of-the-art facilities, the institute's numerous extra-curricular initiatives include: Partnership with the Pearson VUE Prometric Services to conduct international certification exams; CIICP -initiated (active and prospective) programs; and award-winning projects under the NSS wing. The polytechnic is named after the eminent historian, statesman and patriot “RAJAJI” (C.Rajagopalachari), The institute is approved by the AICTE, and is a certified center to offer Pearson VUE's prometric services, which include international certification exams like A+, CCNA, MCSD,MCSE. Additionally, the college has accreditation to conduct programs under CANADA INDIA INSTITUTIONAL CO-OPERATION PROJECT.

1 .	Diploma in Civil Engineering
	Eligibility Minimum 10 th standard or SSLC certificate. For direct Admission into the second year, a HSc certificate with Physics, Chemistry and Math as main subjects is necessary.
	Duration 3 years
	Other Details Diploma Holders in Engineering are eligible to appear for the A.M.I.E, which is of 2 years duration and gets a status equivalent to engineering degree, on completion. Also, they can straightaway enroll for second-year B.E or B.Tech.
