UIM is under well known Eagle Education Society of Pune. Eagle Education Society was established in the year 2003 and has earned accolades in the field of education.
Classrooms: The classrooms are well furnished, spacious and well equipped with LCD multimedia projectors, Internet networked computers and public address system with collar and cordless mikes. The classrooms are designed to facilitate interaction between the faculty and students.
Library: UIM has spacious library, well-stocked with management literature, international and national journals, newspapers and periodicals. We also subscribe to a large number of industrial journals and dailies. Students are issued with business newspapers and general awareness magazines/literature.
Wi-Fi Campus with world class Computer Lab: Our computer lab is one of the best lab and is having a vast range of PCs with broadband internet access to our students. Computer lab is very spacious and accord better learning environment for students.
Auditorium: We have spacious auditorium for addressing the students, conducting guest lectures/ workshops and organizing social and cultural events.
Cafeteria: The campus cafeteria offers a complete range of services, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tea/coffee, fast food, mini meals are available any time.

Hostel Facility
Hostel is located in the college campus. The hostel building provides spacious clean accommodation and boarding facilities such as; Spacious living room with beds, wardrobe, study table and chair, Activity room with LCD (T.V.)/Internet facilities
Unique Institute has a well established Training and placement cell. The cell provides assistance for summer projects as well as for final placement Assistance in well known companies. The Cell consists of Training and Placement officer and the placement coordinator; they are constantly focusing on bridging the gap between the industry and the institute.
