Fatima Michael College of Engineering and Technology was established in the year 2009, by the renowned educationist and philanthropist Ln. Dr. M. Stalin Arokiaraj, Chairman of St. Michael Group of Institutions. The college is affiliated to Anna University and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. Hostel Facility
The college has magnificently designed separate hostels for boys and girls each with all modern facilities, for boarding and other recreational activities that ensure all round and balanced development of pupils' personality with hygienic living conditions and modern amenities. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with attached bathrooms. The serene upbringing helps the students to learn and develop self discipline, individuality and cordial relationship with others.
Training & Placement cell is the top most priority of FMCET and aims at 100% placement. Our placement cell undertakes counseling, training and value additions to ensure that students are ready to get placed in reputed organizations. The cell maintains continuous contact with the Industry's veterans and top officials to provide the best career opportunity to the students. A full day in a week is scheduled to train the students to enrich their technical skills, soft skills, aptitude knowledge, verbal reasoning and comprehensive skills. All efforts are being taken by the Cell to develop a good "Industry-Institute" relation.
