Baba Farid College of Management & Technology established in 2008 is managed by Baba Farid Vidyak Society which was founded in 1993 under the patronage of prominent educationists of Malwa region of Punjab State. The society aims at providing quality education at affordable fee along with preparing the young minds to face the competitive world on all fronts.
Library: A Library forms a very essential part of an educational institution and plays an important role in all academic activities. BFCMT has centrally air conditioned and networked libraries with a vast collection of books related to all the courses, which diminishes the restriction of scholars for attaining knowledge from a limited stock of books.
Seminar hall: A state-of-the-art centrally air conditioned seminar hall equipped with multi-media projectors, LCD Televisions and sound systems has been setup. It is a perfect venue for conducting guest lectures, seminars, conferences and college functions. The seminar hall has a seating capacity of 500 people and provides the ideal ambience for holding academic congregations.
Cafeteria: The campus has a well maintained two Canteens, NESCAFE, Verka Booth and Fast Food Point which serves as an excellent place to enjoy the taste of hygienic food and engaging oneself in the coffee table chat. These are periodically inspected by the staff members for the maintenance of proper hygienic conditions.
Hostel Facility
Residential facilities are available for students enrolled in the various colleges of the institute. To provide good residential comfort and homely environment to the students, the campus has got separate air – cooled hostels for boys and girls. Every effort has been made to make the hostel building confront to high standards of quality in construction. Great emphasis is laid on cleanliness, hygienic food, and individual styles. Hostel complexes have several convenience facilities to make student life easier.
Separate hostels are available for boys and girls having capacity to accommodate 300 students respectively.
