Yadavrao Tasgaonkar Institute of Pharmacy Bachelor Degree (YTIPB Degree), is located at Chandai Campus I, Bhivpuri Road, Karjat. YTIPB Degree is managed by Saraswati Education Society, a Public Charitable Trust with its office located in Dadar Mumbai. It was established in the year 2005 to meet the ever growing demand of pharmacists. Preventive medication is being increasingly preferred over curative medication across the globe, resulting in increased activity in the pharma sector and automatically increased job opportunities.
Laboratories : All practical sessions are conducted in the laboratories. Students are provided with adequately spaced and intelligently structured laboratories. All equipment and apparatus needed to perform the experiments are available in the laboratory. The teachers are well prepared with the data regarding the experiment and expert results are recorded before experiment is performed by the students. The part of theory syllabus which serves as basis of the experiment being performed is revised before actual commencement of the procedure. This makes the students well informed and quite familiar with the technique. In the internal practical examinations, students are assessed for their skills and smooth conduct of the experiment. We also evaluate our teaching-learning process on a planned basis and frequently take corrective measures. The corrective measures are arrived at by evaluating various parameters associated with the process.
