The Faculty of Nursing in the Kamla Nehru Institute of Management & Technology (Code-635), Sultanpur has been established in the year 2009 with a vision to impart quality nursing education to increase the employability of Nurses in this region. The Institute is approved by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and affiliated to State Medical Faculty, Lucknow (UP). The scenic beauty of lush green campus adds in motivating the students to study for the best education.
Library: Institute has library facility as per the need of the syllabus. It has also reference books and journals pertaining to nursing and general healthcare. Well stocked library exists with facilities which include nearly 5000 Nursing text books to facilitate student’s study in all subjects.
Computer center: Institute has centralized computer center which remains open also after working hours for the benefit of the students and to facilitate them internet access for educational purpose.
Laboratories and class rooms : Our institute has got the specialized labs like Fundamental Nursing Lab, Community Nursing Lab, Gynaec and Obstetric Lab and Nutrition Lab. All the labs are well equipped with instruments, models, charts and latest teaching materials to facilitate work experience and knowledge to all the students. The institute has wide range of audio-visual aids including LCD projection facilities in the laboratories and class rooms.
Transport facilities: The institute has got its own transport and fleet of buses to facilitate students visit to the communities, Primary Health Centers, District Hospitals and to facilitate shopping and medical treatment.
Hostel Facility
Hostel accommodation is provided to maximum students on first come first serve basis.
