Vikram Sarabhai Private ITI., Railway Junction, Mavelikara 690101 was established in 1975 with the recognition of Board of Technical Education, Govt. of Kerala and subsequently affiliated to N.C.V.T., Govt. of India in 2008. This Institution is also recognized by Kerala Engineering Education Society and All India Technical Education Society.
We have also been approved as a Voccational Training Provider (Under SDIS Scheme of DGE&T, Govt. of India).
During the past 40 years we have been imparting technical education/training to thousands of students in various trades. We are proud enough to say that students who have obtained NCVT, KGCE, KEES and AITES certificates through this Institution could get into reputed organizations in India and abroad and many are holding very good positions. We believe in quality of education and discipline .
We are having all the required equipments and infrastructural facilities for imparting training and our Instructors/Teachers are qualified and well experienced. Review meetings are held regularly to assess the efficiency of the Teachers and other staff.
Internal Examinations are held every month and progress reports are forwarded to the parents for their signature. Weak students are given special attention through remedial classes. Disciplinary issues and lack of interest in studies, etc. are taken care of through counselling and regular interactions with the parents .
We are being approached by many establishments for trained technicians in various trades and details are provided to them. Many students from our Institute got employment in this way also. We also help students who are interested in self-employment. Every year more than 1000 students passing out from our institute
