Don Bosco College, Sulthan Bathery, Kerala, founded by the Salesians of Don Bosco is an ISO 9000:2008 certified Self-financing Minority Institution that came into being on 5 August 2005. It is situated in Wayanad District of Kerala State which is located on the Western Ghats over an elevated picturesque mountainous plateau at a height of 700 to 2100 meters above sea level sharing its border with Tamil Nadu and Karnataka States. This institution is established for the advancement of learning and for the propagation of Christian values and is entitled for the rights guaranteed under Article 30 (1) of the Constitution of India.
Library:The college has a computerized Library Management system with 10500 volumes (Subject related). In addition there are journals, periodicals and dailies
The E- Library:E-Library provides access to a growing collection of online resources for the students and staff. It has 20 computer systems with broadband internet connection.
Chapel:A well furnished Chapel in the College main building provides for the spiritual needs of the students
Audio Visual Hall:The college has an AV Hall with state of the art facilities with a capacity of 200 seats.
Language Lab:College has a language lab which helps the students to lean the language in a better way. There are fifteen workstations where students can access good quality listening material, record their own speech, interact with the teacher who monitors their performance.
Canteen:The college has a canteen to provide tea, snacks and lunch for the students as well as the staff.
Computer Lab:College has a well furnished computer lab with 40 computers to cater to the needs of the academic as well as project activities of the students.
Hostel Facility
The college works in collaboration with two women’s hostels run by Religions nuns in the vicinity of the college where our students are provided accommodation, food and facilities for study and recreation.
