Dr. Joseph Mar Thoma Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research is a professional institution owned and managed by Mar Thoma Medical Mission of the Mar Thoma Syrian Church which is a registered society (Reg no 7/1971) under The Travancore Cochin Literary Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act XII of 1955.The institute is established within the St Thomas mission Hospital campus. St. Thomas Mission Hospital is a 300 beds multispecialty hospital established in 1948 by Most Rev. Dr. Yuhannon Mar Thoma Metropolitan.
Library: The college library is well furnished and spacious with multiple copies of textbooks, reference books, national and international journals. Facilities for accessing E- Journals are also available. Reprographic facility is attached to library. A separate reading room is maintained with library.
Laboratory: The college is well equipped with laboratories for various departments with state of the art facilities and modern equipments to provide thorough and solid practical knowledge for the students. The central instrumentation laboratory is air conditioned and with all highly sophisticated instruments.
Computer Lab: The college has a well equipped computer laboratory with a large number of computers and it gives an opportunity for the students to acquire the recent developments in the profession of pharmacy. High speed internet facility is also available to facilitate multi browsing.
Cafeteria and ATM Counter: Cafeteria and ATM counter is available inside the college campus.
Hostel Facility
Hostel facility is provided for girls and boys inside the college campus.
