Shukhdeo Mahto Janta Mahavidyalaya, Khajedih was established in Jan 1981. It was granted affiliation up to degree level in Arts Lalit Narayan Mithila University,
Kameshwarnagar, Darbhanga, in the 1986 and Science and Commerce get affiliation in 1990.
Separate common room, Vehicle stand, College canteen , There is a big play grounded in the campus of college. There is a facility of pure drinking water for staff and the student.
