Patsaku College is one of the growing institutions in disseminating collegiate education in the state of Assam in general and in the district of Sivasagar in particular. The college was established in 1994 and is situated in the midst of natural beauty of historic Patsaku which is well known for its dialect, custom and traditional culture with natural resources like oil and gas. Patsaku is about 30 kilometers away from the district headquarters of Sivasagar. It is well linked by roads called Mahmora Ali and Hologuri Ali which connect National highway No. 37 at Sepon and famous Dhudor Ali at Balighat.
