Khoirabari College was established on 16th August 1991, first as a Junior College and in 1993 Degree Section was introduced to impart higher education to the students of the backward region, situated in the South-Western part of the Udalguri District under BTAD on the cost of some dignitories and industrious fellows’tireless efforts of the greater Khoirabarians. It is almost one Kilometer away both from the railway station and bus station and located near the west side of the Khoirabari Mangaldoi road. Though, it was a long conceived dream on the time of its establishment, right now the college has achieved all the required modern facilities in the field of academic as well as infrastructural development.In the year 2009, the BTC Government announced and included the college under deficit system of grant -in- aid. Fortunately, the college has been provincialised on 1st January, 2013 by the Assam Government.
Library: The college library has a collection & about 20,000 (twety thousand) copies of text and reference books covering a wide range of subjects. In the Reading Room, attached to the library, reference books, journals, magazines and Newspapers can be consulted. Online journals are available for free of cost through NUST website. Every student will be issued library cards against which he/ she can borrow books.
Lectures and Seminars: Defferent types of lectures, seminars and workshop are held in the college.
Canteen: canteen facilities is available for students’ and college staff.
Generator: To meet the shortage of power, generator facilities is available.
