The State Institute of Hotel Management (SIHM) Siddhpur, Patan has been set up with assistance from Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Ltd, Govt. of Gujarat with a view to training and developing skilled manpower for the dynamic Hotel Tourism Industry.
Library Facilities
The library is equipped with computers which are centrally enabled with Wi-Fi and also with books, journals, newspapers, magazines entirely accessible to the students which will be also providing case studies for understanding the career of Hotel Management in the day to day circumstances.
Computer Laboratory
The institute has a well-equipped computer lab with data management and language learning software to improve communication and presentation skills, much required in the hospitality industry.
Gym and Sports Facilities
SIHM has developed functional laundry with modern laundry Equipments to train students and to remove the psychological barriers, when they reached to industry in real life situation. The laundry in housekeeping is equipped with Commercial Washer, Commercial Extractor, Steam Press table with boiler and other modern equipment’s. where students learn Laundry Management
Hostel Facility
There are separate hostel rooms for male and female students.
