B.Sc. Nursing | General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) | M.Sc. Nursing

1 .	B.Sc. Nursing
	Eligibility H.Sc. or equivalent preferably with science (Physics, chemistry, Biology or Botany and zoology) and English subjects with aggregate of 45% marks, relaxation of 5% of marks for SC/ST candidates may be given and the candidate should be medically fit
	Duration 4 years
	Admission Procedure Selection of the candidates should be based on the merit by the Secretary, Selection Committee, Government of Tamilnadu or by the competent authorities

2 .	General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
	Eligibility H.Sc. passed or its equivalent, preferably with science (Physics, chemistry and Biology) subjects with aggregate of 40% marks, Vocational ANM course (revised after 2001) from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council students shall be eligible for admission.
	Duration 3 years and 6 months

3 .	M.Sc. Nursing
	Eligibility B.Sc.(N) with minimum of 55% aggregate marks in an institution, recognized by Indian Nursing Council, with minimum one year of work experience, Post Basic B.Sc., candidates are eligible for admission.
	Duration 2 years
	Admission Procedure Selection of the candidates should be based on the merit by the Secretary, Selection Committee, Government of Tamilnadu or by competent authorities.
