Students from Institutes conducting accredited courses : Level 'O'/ Government recognised polytechnic engineering diploma after class 10. Followed in each case, by an accredited 'A' Level course (no concurrency).This advanced diploma level (equivalent to PGDCA or PPDCA) will give proof of the candidate's skills as a programmer. A Government recognised polytechnic engineering diploma after 10+2/ Graduate and an accredited 'A' Level course in each case (May be concurrent).
The programme is open to graduates of any recognized university who have secured not less than 45% in aggregate in the qualifying examinations. (pass marks in the case of SC/ST candidates) and who must have atleast 3 years experience in executive / managerial / administrative positions in public enterprise, government, quasi-government, autonomous bodies, local authorities, defence, etc. Self-employed professionals like Accountants, Advocates, Architects and Doctors are also eligible to apply
