Dr. Virambhai Godhaniya College of Arts, Commerce, Home Science & Information Technology was founded by the Shri Maldevji Odedra Smarak Trust, Porbandar in 1988. The college aims at imparting integral education in its programme of higher studies. In the next few years the college proposes to start Postgraduate Centers in Hindi and Sociology, Special Psychology at the UG level and introduce a few more Career Oriented Programmes (COP). The College has been assessed & accredited (67 %) by NAAC Bangalore in the year 2007.
