Acharya Narendra Dev College, The University of Delhi hereby notifies the following schedule of admission to various Undergraduate courses in the Regular Colleges for the academic session 2019
Courses Offered & its Eligibility :
A. General Category
B.Sc. (H) Biomedical Science
55 % aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology (PCB/Bt)
subjects, with preference to Mathematics in the Senior Secondary Exam (12th
class).
Additional Eligibility Criteria set by the college
• At least 70% marks in Chemistry.
• Students having PCB/Bt with Mathematics (at least 60%) will be given
an advantage of 3% over and above their PCB/Bt aggregate
B.Sc. (H) Botany and Zoology
Minimum Eligibility Criteria set by the University
• An aggregate of at least 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology
(PCB/Bt).
• At least 50% marks in English (compulsory subject).
Additional Eligibility Criteria set by the college
• 60% marks in Biology for B.Sc. (H) Botany
• 75% marks in Biology for B.Sc. (H) Zoology
B.Sc. (H) Chemistry, Electronics and Physics
Minimum Eligibility Criteria set by the University
• An aggregate of at least 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
(PCM).
• At least 50% marks in English (compulsory subject).
Additional Eligibility Criteria set by the college
• 70% Marks in Physics for B.Sc. (H) Physics.
• 70% Marks in Chemistry for B.Sc. (H) Chemistry.
B. Sc. (H) Computer Science
Minimum Eligibility Criteria set by the University
• An aggregate of at least 55% marks in four subjects including Mathematics,
one language (English) and two other subjects listed as academic subjects by
the respective boards.
• At least 60% marks in Mathematics.
Admission would be based on the aggregate of marks scored in best three academic
subjects including Mathematics (not more than one language to be considered).
Students who have studied Physics and Chemistry will be given an additional
5 % weight age.
Additional Eligibility Criterion set by the college
• At least 73% marks in Mathematics.
B. Sc. (H) Mathematics
Minimum Eligibility Criteria set by the University
• At least 50% marks in Mathematics (compulsory subject).
• At least 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
Merit shall be determined on the basis of one Language, Mathematics under academic
stream and two best elective subjects.
Additional Eligibility Criterion set by the college
• At least 80% marks in Mathematics.
B. Com. (H)
Minimum Eligibility Criteria set by the University
• An aggregate of at least 45% marks in one Language (English) and three
Electives (1L+3E).
• 5% is reduced from the aggregate obtained by students of Science and
Humanities streams.
• Candidate should have opted for Mathematics at plus two level (compulsory).
1L + 3E indicate the aggregate of one language and three Electives from among
Mathematics, Accounts, Business Studies, Economics and Computer Science and
Applications.
Additional Eligibility Criterion set by the college
60% marks in Mathematics.
B. Sc. Life Sciences
Minimum Eligibility Criteria set by the University
• An aggregate of at least 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/
Biotechnology (PC + B/ Bt).
• At least 40% marks in English (compulsory subject).
B. Sc. Physical Sciences
Minimum Eligibility Criteria set by the University
• An aggregate of at least 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry/Computer Science
and Mathematics (PCM).
• At least 40% marks in English (compulsory subject).
B.Sc. Physical Science course is offered with three options:

Admission Procedure
The admissions to various colleges of the University of Delhi are based on merit/entrance criteria depending on the course selected by an aspiring student.
