Delhi School of Communication (DSC) is a reputed institute in the field of Mass Communication, PR & Advertising. DSC invites applications for its 22ndPost Graduate Programme in Communication (PGDPC). This integrated program award PGDPC degree along with the degree in MA JMC (Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication). Students, willing to take admission in DSC can apply online for the PGDPC programme by paying INR 1100 as application fee.
Founded in 1995, today the integrated marketing communication programme is considered to be top of the line communications programme and is highly coveted amongst Post Graduate students. The DSC programme is a broad based course covering Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, and Branding. DSC was started by a group of industry leaders and academicians, who felt a need to better align academics with industry requirements.
Industry exposure via internship is an integral part of the PGDPC programme. Students are entitled to pursue an internship (full day work experience) for up to 4 months and apprenticeship (half day work experience) between 3 to 6 months. During internship or apprenticeship, students can also earn attractive stipends alongside valuable work experience. This on-the-job work experience and outstanding mentorship under the faculty with immense industrial experience to ensure placement in leading agencies such as JWT, Edelman, Genesis BM, Perfect Relations, McCann Erikson, Havas Media and Mudra.
All these are followed by personality interview, the last but not the least step to obtaining admission to Delhi School of Communication.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates or those graduating in any stream in 2021 may apply for the DSC programme. Work experience in communications is preferred though not mandatory.
How to Apply
The DSC application form may be filled up online. When filling it online, the student will have to first pay the registration charges of Rs 1,100/- by Online payment(PayU money)/ bank transfer/ Demand Draft. Please Note: The candidate will have to provide the transaction ID/Deposit number/Demand Draft number in the application form. The account details are as follows:

The application forms may be downloaded and submitted online, or collected from the campus.
The registration charges for the form are Rs 1100/- . The amount may be transferred to the DSC account within 5 working days from the submission of form.
Candidates collecting the form from the DSC campus may also pay in cash or
Demand Draft in favour of DSC Educational Service Pvt Ltd.
Candidates have to bring attested copies of their high school and graduation
mark sheets on day of the interview.
Candidaten also have to submit a Statement of Purpose : In not more than 500 words, on a plain paper, handwritten, briefly, stating the objective in pursuing the Post Graduate Diploma Programme in Communication at DSC and what one is looking for in a career.
In case of withdrawal by any student for any reason before or after the commencement of the course, there will be no refund of fee or any other payments (except security deposit) received by the School.
The School reserves the right to change/alter rules and regulations pertaining to admission, syllabus and fees etc. as it may deem fit.
The application form is non-transferable and its fee non-refundable.
Admission will be confirmed only on full payment of the first installment of fees by the due date, failing which the selection will stand cancelled automatically without any further correspondence.
The School reserves the rights to modify/delete any courses and project work from the programme.
Right of admission to the School is reserved. The decision of the Dean on recommendation of the Admission Committee in the case of any disputes shall be final and binding. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction at Delhi.
