Dibrugarh University invites application for admission to B. Pharm/M.Pharm courses offered by Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences for the academic session 2021-22 .
Courses offered:
B.Pharm Eligibility:
Candidates having valid PRC of Assam with the following qualifications:
(a) Pass in Higher Secondary (10 + 2) Examination (Science) of the Assam
Higher Secondary Education Council or any other examination recognized by
the Dibrugarh University as equivalent to this examination with English,
Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the subjects. OR
(b) Pass in Two - year Diploma - in Pharmacy examination of Assam or from
any other institution recognized by the PCI and AICTE.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit.
M.Pharm Eligibility
Pass in B. Pharm . Examination with minimum of 55% marks from AICTE & PCI recognized Institute/College/University.
Preference will be given to GPAT qualified candidates.
Admission in the
Sponsored seats will be filled up as per approved Rules of the
University.
a) Online Application process will
begin from 11.06.2021.
b) Application for admission to the academic programme
shall be through online mode only. No other means of application shall be
accepted.
c) For submission of the Online Application, intending candidates
are advised to follow the following instructions:
1.The candidate shall be
required to register in the portal
www.dibru.online by entering Full Name, Username, Password and a valid
Mobile Number to login.
The candidate will get an “Activation Code” in the
registered Mobile Number which is to be entered for Activation.
Do not
change this registered Mobile Number during the admission process.
2. After
Activation, the candidate shall be required to log in with his/ her user name
and password and shall be required to fill up the Online Application with
correct and appropriate information.
Please note that the information
submitted by an Applicant CANNOT be corrected or edited by the University later
on.
3. The applicant shall be required to pay the Application Fee of Rs.
500/- only through the online payment gateway by using Debit (ATM) Card/Credit
Card/ Internet Banking during the submission of form.
No other mode of payment is acceptable.
4.The applicants can save and review the information
entered before submission, which can be edited on subsequent login.
However,
after Submission, editing of information shall not be possible.
5. On
submission of the Online Application Form by an applicant, an Admit
Card/Acknowledgement Card with a Unique Number shall be generated against each
successful submission of the Application for appearing in the Entrance Test
where necessary.
6. The Submission of Online Applications shall be
automatically closed after the stipulated date and time.
7. No individual letter will be issued and sent to the candidates regarding
any matters of the Admission process. Candidates are advised to visit the
University website www.dibru.ac.in for any
relevant information.
Selected candidates will be called for counselling at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dibrugarh University. No TA/DA is admissible for the purpose.
Candidates seeking admission against seats reserved for S.C/S.T must submit certificates of the cast issued by the Competent Government authorities.
