Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Deemed to be University) offers various Undergraduate programs. Students are free to choose the subjects they study every semester. This helps them follow their dreams without being bounded by a restricted curriculum. Students are also offered free electives which help them to understand multi-disciplinary streams. Students are also taken to Industrial visits in additional exposure to Guest Lectures, Short Term Courses, etc. which help students to understand the subjects from practical point of view. Eligibility:

B.Tech

A pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination in the first attempt with 55 % marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics

(or)

A pass in 10+2 Vocational stream (with the subjects General Machinist, Electrical Machines and Appliances, Electronic Equipment, Draughtsman Civil, Auto Mechanic, Textile Technology, etc.) with any one of the Engineering related subjects namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry with minimum average percentage put together 50%.

B.Tech. Lateral Entry

Diploma in the concerned Engineering discipline with 55 % marks [OR] B.Sc. Physics or Chemistry with Mathematics as one of the subjects with 55 % marks in Part-III or B.Sc. Mathematics with 55 % marks in Part III [OR] Equivalent B.Sc. degree.

B.Sc. Agriculture : Intermediate / 10+2 with PCM / PCB / PCMB / Agriculture (P-Physics, C-Chemistry, M-Mathematics, B-Biology) with 50% of marks from a recognized Board/ University.

B.Sc. Horticulture : Intermediate / 10+2 with PCB / PCMB / PCM / PC Forestry / Inter (Agriculture) (P-Physics, C-Chemistry, M-Mathematics, B-Biology) with 50% of marks from a recognized Board/ University

B.Sc. Information Security and Digital Forensics : HSC with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 40% of marks.

Application Procedure :

The candidates can send their online application and secure admission in a course easily and transparently on Merit by following the steps mentioned below. 

Log on to https://eduserve.karunya.edu/online/admissions/eoi.aspx/ and submit your expression of interest (EOI) online about the course you would like to pursue at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. 
Once the EOI is received, you will get a acknowledgement SMS and Email from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences indicating the Application No. and pass code to apply online. 

With the Application No. and pass code, you can submit your application @ https://eduserve.karunya.edu/online/AdmissionsPortal/Login.aspx/ and also make the initial payment as per approved fee structure of the Institution through online mode / DD mode / electronic payment mode / cash payment mode to book your seat in the branch of your choice. 

Once the application is submitted successfully, you will get a confirmation SMS and Email to download your provisional admission order from the University website.

However, the admission for B.Tech. courses will be confirmed based on the marks scored in Karunya Entrance Examination and HSC.

Selection Process

The admission for all UG courses of Engineering, Science and Arts is done based on merit. The candidates will be admitted to each course based on first come first served basis by online process. However, the admission will be confirmed to a candidate after receiving his / her original certificates as per the eligibility norms of the Institution.
