Andhra University is conducting the AP Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) 2023 on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education Board (APSCHE). The primary objective of conducting this exam is to provide admissions into various Post Graduate Courses like M.tech, M.pharmacy, M.A, etc.
PGECET Exam is a common Entrance Test carried out by the students aiming for the Post Graduation in Engineering Courses. The APPGECET exam is only valid for the colleges located in Andhra Pradesh. This test is taken after completion of B.Tech/ MCA courses. For the year 2023, AU published AP PGECET 2023 Notification for providing admissions to M.Tech colleges.
Eligibility Criteria to appear for PGECET :
Candidates satisfying the following requirements :
The candidates must have passed graduation ( B.E, B.Tech) in any discipline
from the recognized board or university.
The general category candidates
should secure a minimum of 50%, and the reserved category candidates should get
45% aggregate in the graduation.
Aspirants who have completed MCA can also apply for this AP PGECET 2023.
Note: The candidates who are willing to register for the AP PGECET 2023 Exam should be a resident of the Andhra Pradesh or Telangana State.
Age Limit:
The minimum age limit for the candidates applying for the
AP PGECET Exam is 21 years.
There is no upper age limit. It means the
candidate’s age should be more than the 21 years.

Based on this PGECET Score/ PGECET Rank they will get the admissions in various colleges

AP PGECET is an Online Test (Computer Based Test).
It consists of multiple
choice questions.
The duration of the AP PGECET Exam is 120 minutes.
The exam is for 120 marks.
Each question carries equal marks.
There is no
negative marking for the PGECET Exam

The Candidates who wish to apply for the PGECET 2022 Exam can follow the given

Candidates have to pay the APPGECET Application Fee Rs 500/- (SC/ ST) & Rs
1000/- (OC/ BC). Aspirants have to pay the late fee while submitting the
applications.
