GCET 2025 : Admissions to Professional Courses MBBS, BDS, BHMS, B.E. & B.Pharm in Goa

Important Dates

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) has cancelled the GCET exam since last year. Now, the admission is based on JEE Main and NEET 2025. Candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BNYS, AHS, BSc Nursing, and BVSc & AH courses must appear for NEET this year on May 4, 2025 from 2 PM to 5 PM. Candidates can also get admission to B.Pharm courses through JEE Main 2025 exam.

The admission schedule for NEET-based and B.Pharm courses will be conducted via Centralized Admission Division. According to the schedule, NEET UG exam for admission to MBBS, BDS and BAMS courses will be held on May 4, 2025. The last date to register is March 7, 2025.

DTE, Goa, has announced details for admissions to B.E. degree, Medical, and B.Pharmacy for the academic year 2025–26, based on JEE Main scores. The last date of submission for online applications is February 25, 2025.

Eligibility :

Engineering Courses - Candidates must have pass 10 + 2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board. He/she should have Physics, Mathematics, and English as a mandatory subject and any one of following the additional subject in Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Biology/ Computer Science. Candidates must have scored at least 45% marks aggregate for the general group and 40% for SC/ST/PH candidates.

B.Sc. Nursing - Candidates must have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English subject. He/she should have scored at least 45% marks aggregate for the general group and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

BHMS and AHS - Candidates must have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry & Biology subject. They must have secured at least 50% marks aggregate for the general group and 40% for SC/ST/PH candidates.

B. Pharm. - Candidates must have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, and English as a compulsory subject. Apart from the above subject, candidates should have an additional subject in Mathematics, Biotechnology, Biology, and Computer Science.

B.Arch.: Candidates must have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent examinations with Mathematics subject. They should have scored a minimum of 50% marks aggregate for the general group and 45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates. Candidates should also qualify for the NATA exam.

GCET 2025 Application Form

GCET 2025 application forms have to be filled in online and offline mode. GCET 2025 Application Form consists of the following forms:

• For admission to JEE Main based professional degree courses in Engineering & Pharmacy 2025-25.
• For admission to NEET-based professional degree courses in MBBS /BDS/AHS/ BHMS /BAMS/ Nursing 2025-25.
• For admission to B.Arch degree course 2025-25 based on NATA.
