Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science Engineering Entrance Examination (HITSEEE) conducts an online Entrance Examination (HITSEEE) every year at various cities across India for students seeking admission for its undergraduate programmes in Engineering & Technology (B. Tech. / B. Arch Courses)

Eligibility for Admission to Professional Programmes (B.Tech / B.Arch)

B.Tech Programmes

• Candidates must have secured a minimum average of 60% or above in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in the qualifying examination (+2 / Intermediate). The average is calculated based on these three subjects only.
• B.Tech (Bio-Technology): Candidates must have obtained a minimum average of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology (PCB) in the qualifying examination (+2 / Intermediate).
• High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University: Candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at the A Level Examination, and English at the AS Level.
• Students who have completed Class XII under NIOS must have completed Class X through regular schooling, or vice versa.

 B. Arch Programme (5 Years)

• Candidates seeking admission to the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) programme must have successfully completed Class XII or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, securing a minimum aggregate of 50% marks. In addition, applicants are required to possess a valid score in either the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA) or the JEE (Main) Paper 2 (Architecture) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). All candidates must also satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Council of Architecture and comply with the norms of the respective admitting authority or university.

B. Des. Programme

• A minimum average of 60% aggregate in Science, Commerce, or Arts, or any other stream in the qualifying examination (+2 / Intermediate).

Age Limit

Students who have attained the age of 16 years and 6 months on the 31st July of the calendar year in which the 12th Board examination is to be held can appear for HITSEEE 2026.

Note : Indian nationals, residing in India can apply for HITSEEE 2026.
NRI applicants can directly apply under 'NRI Category' through the NRI application form.

How to Apply for HITSEEE 2026

Register for HITSEEE on the official website of the University. Students can download the application form available online and them send it to the specified address by speed post.

Aspirants can download HITSEEE 2026 admit card from the official website which will be made available in the month April. The admit card will have details like Candidate's Name, Address, contact details, test centres etc.

The application fee of HITSEEE-2026 can be paid online through Net banking/debit card/credit card.

Students having the qualifying marks can to any one of the undergraduate programs offered by the university.The applications should be submitted at the admission office before the deadline mentioned in the advertisement.This does not apply for those who apply for non-professional programs and research related programs.
