Important Dates

The National Law University, established by National Law University Jodhpur, Act, 1999 (Act No. 22 of 1999), passed by the State of Rajasthan, is the fifth National University for Legal Education in the country following the institutions at Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bhopal and Calcutta.

Courses Offered :

• B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons)
• B.A., LL.B. (Hons)

Eligibility: 

• 45% marks in 10+2. (40% in case of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) categories).
• An LLB Degree or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks or its equivalent grade and 45% of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
• Candidate must have Minimum 50% marks in class 10th and 12th and a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline including B.E./B.Tech from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
• A relaxation of 5% marks for academic qualification shall be given to candidates belonging to reserved categories.
  

NLU Jodhpur Admission Process: BBA LLB/ BA LLB

1. Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria and eligible candidates must fill out the online application form.
2. Along with this, applicants also have to appear for the CLAT UG for BA LLB Hons, BBA LLB Hons and LLM.
3. NLU Jodhpur CLAT cutoff for the respective entrance exams is released.
4. Candidates meeting the cutoff have to participate in the CLAT counselling which is conducted in online mode.
5. Eligible candidates need to register for counselling and select NLU Jodhpur as their preference for college during the choice filling.
6. The allotment of CLAT seats is made based on the rank of the candidate and the college preferences of the candidate. NLU Jodhpur merit list is released which contains the names of selected candidates.
7. To confirm the seats, selected candidates will have to pay the NLU fees and complete admission formalities.
