Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (APICET-2023) is conducted by Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati on behalf of A.P. State Council of Higher Education for admission into the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programmes in University colleges and their affiliated colleges for the academic year 22 (as per G.O. Ms. No. 25, dt: 19.03.2004 & G.O.Ms.No.108, Higher Education Department, dated 30-7-2005 and its amendments).

On behalf of the APSCHE, Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati invites applications from the eligible candidates for admission into Ph.D. programme (Full-Time / Part-Time) offered by various universitiesm and recognized research centres in the state of Andhra Pradesh in the subject areas through Andhra Pradesh Research Common Entrance Test APRCET 2023-24, for the
academic year 2023-24.

Eligibility:

Candidate should be of Indian Nationality or persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders.
Candidates should belong to the State of Andhra Pradesh. The candidate should satisfy local/ Non-local status requirements laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions Order, 1974 as subsequently amended.
Ph.D can be pursued by candidates possessing the minimum qualifications as specified below either on Full-Time (FT) or Part-Time (PT) basis in the faculties of Sciences, Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Fine Arts, Education, Physical Education, Commerce and Management studies, Engineering & Technology, Architecture & Planning, Law, Pharmaceutical Sciences etc., Admissions into Ph.D programs will be made within the framework of reservation rules in force prescribed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time.
Candidates for admission into Ph.D programmes shall have a Master�s degree or a professional degree declared equivalent to the Master�s degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body with at least 55% marks in the aggregate or its equivalent grade �B� in the UGC-7 point scale or an equivalent degree from a foreign educational institution accredited by an Assessment and Accreditation Agency which is approved, recognized or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any statutory in that country for the Purpose of assessing, accrediting or assuring quality and standards of educational institutions.
A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50% or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/BC/PWD and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the University Grants Commission from time to time, or for those who had obtained their Master�s degree prior to 19th September, 1991. The eligibility marks of 55% and the
relaxation of 5% to the categories mentioned above are permissible based only on the qualifying marks without including the grace marks procedures.

Applications should be submitted through online only

Candidate has to pay Rs. 1500/- for OC, Rs. 1300/- for BC and Rs. 1000/- for SC/ST/PWD per
subject. Bank Charges are extra.
After filling the online Application form with all the required details, verify all the details carefully and press �Submit� button. After submitting the online application form, take the print out of filled in �Online Application Form�. Use the application number printed on the online application form for all future correspondences.

The test will be conducted in 13 centres across the state of Andhra Pradesh and one centre in Hyderabad
